MARCH!!!

I love the month of March! It's my birthday! Our Anniversary! And sometimes it gets warm..... :)

Behold: our adventures in March:

this cutie after bath time....she kills me!

by far my favorite sight to see

Our last night with Lindy - we got Waffles/Pancakes Lindy loves attacking her Daddy!
We had a crazy snow storm at the very beginning of march! It was nuts!! It took me over an hour to get to work. I was not a fan.
Then it was my birthday! Allan took me to dinner and then the Opera at WSU.
my mom made this for my birthday!! :D
Once again we got the fixer upper kick (more like I got it. I think Allan could care less in some ways...) First our light in the dining room was having issues and we figured out it was a wiring issue. I hated the previous light fixture anyways, so we went and bought a new one and installed it! Then we put in a shelf behind/above our couch so that we could have more space in the living room without the coffee table. I loved the coffee table, but it was always in the way. So we moved it! :D

new light fixture!

new shelf!
We then spent one weekend watching Sammy and Rusha while their mom and dad went on a little getaway. It was a lot of fun.

Then we celebrated our SECOND anniversary! I can't believe it's been two years! :D I love this man of mine. He's so amazing.
beautiful flowers he got me for our anniversary!
Us on our date! :)
Other fun things:
hands down my new favorite kind of peeps!

beautiful sunrise one morning with a good quote...love this!

Spring is coming! Maybe?!
At the very  end of March we hosted other couples in our ward for a fun FHE:
we talked about being a "real Easter bunny" or a true follower of Christ

and then we played SEVERAL fun games with peeps. It was awesome.
So that was the month of March. Pretty exciting stuff if you ask me. ;)

November 2014

November.....was fairly normal. I was taking Spanish 1010 this semester so life seemed REALLY busy. We hosted Thanksgiving again this year, but this time with my family. Thanksgiving was so late this year it really felt odd. So here you go, our November adventures!

Allan has been going to Crossfit for sometime now and has been getting stronger! We're trying really hard to live healthier lifestyles, and for him this is how we works out. :)

Granted, living healthy is hard so every once in a while, we need a deep fried fix. :)

I made some new thanksgiving decor for my house. Love these banners.

We went to a silent auction the YSA ward put together for a fundraiser, and I got these SUPER delicious cupcakes that looked like a tv dinner.

Just enjoying a lovely fall day

Veteran's day! We always go out to eat, and this year was so no exception...

After a dinner and games party with friends we got the lovely opportunity to drive home through the canyon in the snow. NOT my favorite thing in the world.

A new fall wreath for my door:

 Cotton Candy!

We finished our laundry room project in November, but I already did a whole little diddy on that project here....

Thanksgiving prep! I made my favorite cranberry sauce and a brine for the turkey.

Our thankful turkey with thankful thoughts from everybody on it.

 Rusha!

Games while we waited for the food to be done...

The golden bird.

My favorite thing about fancy meals is getting to set the table all fancy like. :)

All the girls went out shopping early for Black Friday. Gotta start them young!

Fun times with Rusha and Sammy!

We went to visit Allan's mom and she had the most adorable kitten....

And that folks, was November! On to December!! :) Just a warning, I think I'll do December in two chunks....just so it's not so long. ;)

Wedding 2.0

Oh my goodness. Time has FLOWN by and I attribute that to all the FUN we've had so far this summer. I realize it has been quite some time since I updated you all on our fun adventures, so let me back track to mid-June. :D

If you follow me on Instagram you got to see more of a real-time happening of our adventures, but I want it recorded here as well. My family and Lindy all arrived safely and we started our week long of crazy family fun times with the blessing of Baby Rusha.

Rusha is BreeAnn and Tyler's second baby and has the CUTEST chubbiest cheeks I ever did see. Her full name is Zerushadi Emma Moore, but everyone calls her Rusha. :D

We had fun celebrating this new life in our family. :)

The next day (June 19, 2014) is one that I will never forget. The day dawned beautiful and sunny and absolutely perfect. Seeing as how it had rained and been 50 degrees just a few days prior, this was happy news indeed.

I had some errands to run before we went to the temple, so we made sure to visit Farr's ice cream so that my mom could get her beloved Triple C (cherry chocolate chip) ice cream before leaving for Virginia later that night.

Then....it was time to head to the temple. I am so grateful for the opportunity we had to have our family and friends with us as we were sealed for time and all eternity.

on our way to the temple!

Allan's best friends (Seth, Allan, Mike)

The Logan Temple!

Kerrie and I!

Seth and Cindy, Mike and Megan, Allan and Alicia

Becky!
Seriously, I can't say thank you enough to all the people who came. We didn't take enough pictures, and didn't get one of just the two of us, but this day was just so special to me. I knew that when we got married we would get here, and it was so exciting when it did! I am so happy to now know that I am forever tied to my sweetheart and that we get to work towards eternity and exhalation together. :)
